China is not cooperative
We have a package in China which we have requested to be collected by DHL 3 weeks ago! Our agent on this side has done all she could but she is simply not being heard. DHL claims that our supplier does not want to allow them to do inspection, i spoke to my supplier and this a lie. My company has now lost 3 weeks of time because of this. Can this matter be sorted out? As in immediately!!
