Can't trust DHL

On 12 June 2020 I was involved in a head on collusion that was caused by a DHL driver with the name Karabo vehicle reg HY 67 MD GP on the R50.

We were all blessed not to have any serious injuries.

Karabo gave me his supervisors Woundle Sanders phone number. I phoned the supervisor who informed me that DHL does not have insurance, slammed the phone down and blocked my number.

It forced me to get a attorney to help me solve the matter. The lockdown slowed the process because the documents could not be hand delivered to the office to be excepted and signed for.

Now many months later and the lockdown eased I to date have not as much as a sorry from DHL. The attorney informed me that there is still no response from DHL.

You see DHL vehicles driving everywhere but I am stuck struggle to get transport.

How can any person trust DHL with there goods if they can’t even look after the people who give them there business.
