Call Cantre Staff Attitude
I called the call center regarding an expected delivery from Florida, USA after receiving an email with the reference number. The delivery address is incomplete and I tried to explain this to the operator whose command of the English language was really bad! This is very poor for an International Company who boasts to be amongst the best in the world! The more I asked him that I want the delivery address to be corrected the more he wants me to phone the dispatching company as the order was placed but the parcel not yet collect in the USA! My ref no :GM***

This shipment was moving as part of the services offered from other countries called DHL Paket/Global mail, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Whilst we all operate under the DHL banner, we are different entities doing different functions, all operating separately with our own procedures and areas of excellence.
