BULLSH*T SERVICE !!!!!!

I HAVE SUCH HORROR STORIES TO TELL ABOUT DHL !!! DON'T YOU DARE CONTRACT WITH THEM TO MOVE YOUR SHIPMENT! I called for a quote on the 10TH OF NOV and received one and made an immediate payment for the overnight courier of my package from Cape Town. The salespersons I talked to over the phone were BUSISIWE, SIBUSISO and KATLEGO! NOBODY called me to confirm that they received payment and that my shipment was on route, NOBODY called me to tell me that an error they made on their side would cost me two more days on the delivery of my shipment; NOBODY called me to apologise for the delay in what was supposed to be an overnight courier last week. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I am the one who calls to see how far the shipment is and time and time again, I am being given excuses that someone has made an error either on the system or directing the courier. I AM LIVID!! THEY ARE ALL SUCH JOKES OF A COURIER COMPANY AND THE SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE SEEN IN RECENT HISTORY. I beg you to save yourself the exhaustion and sheer depression that DHL will cause you after they take your money and leave you hanging and banging down doors to get basic information on your shipment. It is almost a week now and I still havent received the shipment I paid for in full last week!
