Booked an urgent shipment, not collected, no proper updates, i have to phone in and speak to some ******** consultant, really not the ideal courier to use if you want to ship something urgent.

Dhl needs to learn service delivery from courier companies like MDS, Courier it..its soo smooth and effective...upto date..i will surely never use dhl south africa again
