Bad Service from DHL - Promises not kept

I have an order from the U.S and it was in the country by the 15/09 already. I have since been speaking to the customer service to find out what's happening and for the past 3 days I've been promised that someone will call me at 16:30 for feedback but nothing happens!!! The consultants tell me that my package has been detained and everyday I'm told by 16:30 someone will call me to give feedback. It's shocking to get the same message over and over about how they are working on it but no one dares to update you regardless of the promises they make. This is the worst service I have received in long time!!!! I hope not to use DHL again!!!
