Bad Service

DHL’s customer service is the worst I’ve experienced with big logistics companies. One would think that such a big company like that would be at their A - Game. Am exporting a shipment that has been on hold for over 15 days now just because of the size was not mentioned. And when I finally mentioned the size, they sent back the shipment back to me. The lady at the airport asked me not to accept it when it comes back to me and so I did not accept the shipment. It went back to the airport and it’s still on hold even now. The excuse they have this time is that they need my ID but I gave my ID to the courier gentleman that left with my shipment. I would advise people not to think of using DHL whatsoever.
