BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDES

Sent a package from South Africa to UK which is a gift for my daughters family as they have been forced to cancel their visit 3 times due to Covid. The gift consisted mainly of T Shirts for the kids. Upon arrival in the UK apparently Customs Duty plus of +47GBP was added despite the value of the parcel being below the gift and customs limit.. This parcel was packed in front of staff at Postnet and they were well aware of different sizes and that the gift is obviously for more than one person. Maybe it was my error by not addressing it to a family but a single name. After numerous calls DHL have finally admitted it was a "mistake" but it will take 10 working days to resolve. The most disgusting "couldn't care less attitude" from all I have spoken to including blaming me and Postnet.
