Bad service

I am waiting for a shipment from the UK, it should have been here days ago, only to find out it has been lying in JHB for days, they are waiting for payment, well I am waiting for an invoice to pay you. I phone them, what is their excuse, oh, we phoned your office, nobody answered, really, cannot be true. So they just leave our parcel on their floor for days while I am losing orders because my stock is not here. This morning I mail them to find out where my stock is, nobody gets back to me...…………….
