Bad Service
I'M VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I HAVE A PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY BUT ISNTEAD I HAD TO CALL KN TO FIND OUT WHATS WITH THE DELAY. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE ONLY ARRIVED YESTERDAY WHICH IS A LIE AND THAT THEY STILL NEED TO DO AN UPDATE INTERMS OF ON THE CUSTOMS SIDE OF THINGS. WHAT ****ES ME OFF IS THAT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME, I HAD TO CALL THEM FIRST TO HEAR ABOUT SUCH NEWS. NOW I HAVE TO LEAVE TODAY AND A CONSULTANT NAMED SHAD ADVICED ME THAT UNFORTUNATELY MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT WEEK WHICH IS ABSURD, LIKE WHO'S GONNA SIGN FOR IT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS NONSENSE WITH DHL. I'M SO FRUSTRATED. I WANT MY STUFF DELIVERED TODAY!!!!

I can appreciate the undue frustration caused to you by this matter and have had a closer look at your case .
Please note that your shipment arrived on the 31/05/2018 – Additional paperwork was required in order to finalise Customs clearance of your parcel . The proof of purchase was submitted to DHL , to which we discovered that the Invoice transiting with your shipment had incorrect amount – we amended this and submitted your entry correctly to Customs .
We’ve since forwarded you your Import Tax Invoice and are currently awaiting payment to finalise clearance . In as much as we endeavour for positive Customer experience’s, DHL does not control the Customs clearance process . This process is regulated and controlled by government officials in each country .
We understand the urgency of the matter – Kindly forward me the proof of payment once made in order for me to expedite clearance of your shipment .
