Bad service!

I have a shipment that arrived at OR tambo on sunday. I have sent all documents needed but still no feedback. Everytime I call I get different responses. The person that helped you never put the documents onto the system or you have to wait 24 to 48hour or please send the documents again. Its been 48hours already. Honestly they are just ***********.
