Bad service

I ship many goods from overseas,every time I ship with DHL I have countless issues.I receive an invoice I pay as soon as I get the invoice and I always have issues receiving my parcels.I have to make countless calls to the call centre,I have to send numerous proof of payments and there is always a delay in receiving my parcel. It is really unacceptable.They are quick to take your money but when it comes time to receiving your goods there is always a problem.
