Bad delivery service
I have reported on DHL bad service before. It has got worse! A delivery to me in Pretoria South Africa was given to DHL on the 8th of Aug and delivery was scheduled on 10th of Aug. Their website confirmed delivery on the 10th which I did NOT receive. I phoned them and they stated that they did deliver. After a long conversation they stated that it was delivered to another logistics company and they held no further responsibility and that I should contact them. It took the other company another 3 days to deliver.
