Bad customer service

The customer service is really terrible, in fact it is non-existent, email after email, phone call after phone call. All they do is promise to get back to you but never do. I understand that the package requires screening & all other checks, but surely they can keep the customers informed & get back to them. Wont ever be using DHL ever again after this experience. <br> <br> Awb ***
