Bad customer service
I called DHL this morning asking them when is my parcel going to be delivered? And is possible for them to deliver it today? but the person that assisted me was so rude, instead of tell me she doesnt know / trying to assist me. I was so disappointed because the person who assisted me yesterday was so helpful and nice
