Bad Communication from DHL

I've had a very bad customer experience with DHL. I emailed a person to ask for the address of a DHL pick-up point. After ignoring several of my emails, the person eventually rep****. The address the person gave was navigating me to an interesting area in Pretoria Central. I then asked for confirmation about this address, and again this person provided me with this address, by copying and pasting the previous email. Being sceptical, I then phoned DHL and it turns out that that was indeed the wrong address. Furthermore, the emails were not professional at all. One-liner emails, that didn't make sense in terms of word order. I'm disappointed with the service.
