Bad communication and late delivery

Waybill number 6882... i have been tracking this parcel since Saturday it has not yet moved and i already bought my flight as am going away for holiday. I am not informed as to why it has not yet flewn to SA on Saturday night so that i can receive it monday or Tuesday all they say is we do not know. I am not happy with this
