Bad bad service

Dhl international has downgraded 3 days since my parcel arrived, still no movement and also has expensive duties and unnecessary service charges which are more than the products I bought, no feedback regarding the status of your parcel even after I paid duties I still get the message that more information is required from me, I paid duties due to the products what more do you want. After receiving my payment why is my products not released. The agent said it will be released once they get them payment but still today is still with customs and awaiting clearance. It's my last time using dhl. You went from quick customs clearance to the slowest terrible service ever.
