Bad attitude

On 20th July I called DHL courier services for parcel collection. I arranged collection for 21st July and I was asked what contents insurance was moving. I said suitcase with clothing and personal items and other mention of items that are not allowed in the suitcase.

Dhl came to collect delivery and the following day parcels were brought back and card was left at the door as therequested was no one at home.

I called dhl to enquire about the card and I was told I had perfumes in my suitcases which are not allowed therefore I need to take them out.

I drove to Eastleigh to remove them but when I got there it was a different story where I got attitude combined with ******. It was around 1730 on 22/7 when I got there. I waited for a full hour ringing the bell and there was no one in the front desk. Eventually a lady staff member appeared from other doors and took the card. Sitting there in a sofa, there was no communication the lady was talking to the computer. There came a white bloke who brought his parcel for delivery. The lady attended the guy whilst I am sitting on the sofa waiting for her service . The white guy left and the lady to get my suitcases. I told this lady that I am only coming to remove perfumes as I was told when I called for enquiry. This lady told me to take away back home my suitcase just to take out perfume and then start from the scratch arranging a new collection. This is something I could do here at Eastleigh dhl office but she made me to travel back to Portsmouth and bring suitcases back to Eastleigh. On top of what I paid to dhl I had to hire a taxi to take suitcases back to Eastleigh.

I had 3 pieces of items to be delivered, one was despatched. Why separating somebody's pieces. What is the point of sending 1 item if 2 items have a query
