Bad and inconsistent serviice

The service and communication is horrible. Their customer care center is inconsistent. I was promised to receive my delivery by the brokers team. all of a sudden they are saying the Parcel is with customs. I have been sent from pillar to post. even after I've expressed the agency of this matter.
