Baby medication not delivered from Harare to SA.

A parcel containing my 1 year old son`s medication was couriered from Harare on the 18th of March 2015 to Piet Retief, South Africa- ref #: ***. One week has passed and the parcel still has not yet been delivered. I have been calling DHL daily and with all calls i have been referred to a \supervisor"who has promised to call me back with updates on my situation. To date none of the DHL employees have called to give feedback on my matter. DHL has seriously let my son down as he continues to suffer from his condition. The medication is compounded and is the only one he seems to get some kind of relief after its use."""
