Awful service
I bought something Germany which broke in Warranty
The German company requested it be sent back for repair and I filled out all the documents for returning for repair.
As I had received it I had already paid customs.
The parcel has now arrived in South Africa and DHL cant even do it themselves, they get POST OFFICE SOUTH AFRICA! to deliver. They arrive demanding cash for customs???!?!?
How do you work? Are you meant to pay customs on something you have already paid for?
Not cool DHL, over the edge using a RUDE Post Office delivery person. Is DHL not big enough to deliver themselves that they need to use the SAPO???
