This review is one star for DHL Inter and FIVE STARS for Ms Bronwyn Fleming, Quality Manager. My previous critical reviews of DHL were largely ignored by the male executives until this lady stepped in and in a short time resolved the impasse. Once again, it is the women who do the work whilst the men......! Avoid male executives at DHL SA.
