Atrocious service by DHL

I will never use DHL South Africa again to send packages to Zimbabwe. I send a package from South Africa more that a week ago and the package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. For the past 4 days I am receiving the same message that there has been a delay in Harare.

When I contacted DHL South Africa on ***007, the lady I spoke said she cannot assist me and gave me the contact details of another department, ***000. This number does not go through at all and when I told the lady, she simply said I just need to keep trying.

This is poor service of the highest degree considering the amount of money I had to pay for quick and reliable service. South African Post Office would have handled this even better.
