Appreciation

I would like to dedicate this appreciation to two DHL ladies, who kindly assisted me in a very frustrating situation. I had an emergence to courier a medication for my sister she’s at the State of Israel I’m saying it was a frustration situation cos there are new unfami**** requirement to courier medication to Israel To cut a long story of almost six weeks short, there was a permit needed from Depart of Health. Honestly i didn’t know where to start to require this permit. That’s where the lady called Silindile Makhaza from DHL Durban @Nandi Drive advised me after a long search who i can ask from Depart of Health. The second lady who assisted me from my nearest DHL is Delisile Mbokazi from 9 Armitage Lane Pietermaritzburg, she’s the one who double check the requirement for me. I don’t how many times she email and update me about everything. Honestly i was so grateful about DHL as a company and the service of their stuff. Their attention to detail and professionalism really strengthened our relationship, It’s clear to me even next time i will use DHL.
