Appalling service & theft

I have a parcel that has been lying at DHL warehouse in Germany for more than a month (from 14 November 2020), every day that I phone no one can give me an update and the consultants (Christian at global forwarding/e-commerce) are unwilling to give me an email address to send follow up emails to find this parcel. It is the one excuse after the other and when asked for an email contact the arrogant and rude christian person tells me to go look on their website - there is no email on their website, the more I tell this to the christian guy the more arrogant he gets and refuses to help a paying customer. DO NOT EVER USE DHL FOR ANY SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL or NATIONAL) - DHL will ***** your money and your shipment and not deliver the service or parcel paid for

I do not want to track the ****** shipment from my side, I want an answer form you as useless DHL as to why my parcel has been in germany for more than a month and not left your warehouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! idiots & *******!!!!!!!!! I want an answer - not your stupid self tracking instructions which are useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
