Appalling Service.

Package couriered on the 29th of May 2020, Today is the 8th of July, And still going back and fourth with staff who are ***********. After numerous calls, and emails to the calls center as well as management . No feedback to emails or calls returned. Promise after promise and still waiting.

Absolutely zero customer service to say the least. Really Appalling service from Khutso Matlou and Akhona Mvuza

Dear Al Paccino,

Thank you for notifying us about your recent experience with DHL and I apologize that our service did not meet your expectations. 

I have emailed Kurt the charges requested by the State VET and their banking details on the 6/07 and I haven't heard from him since. The shipment will not be released by customs until the matter has been settled. If you have sent the proof of payment to either Khutso or myself, please indicate when so I can follow up. At the moment I have not received payment from you or Kurt and that is what is delaying your shipment.

Proof of payment was sent to you Akhona. TWO DAYS AGO, You dont respond to emails.

Please advise when this delivery will take place as I am in the process of taking this matter further
