Apalled

This is a second time I'm writing a review on DHL and RAM because this is the second time they have done the exact same thing.

2 weeks ago I had a DHL delivery that was to be delivered to Khayelitsha. I sat at home waiting for my order thinking that my order would be delivered to my door only to later find out that DHL does not deliver to Khayelitsha after I called them MYSELF. Neither DHL nor RAM called me to let me know so that I would not waste my time waiting.

2 weeks later an order that I placed the same day, that was supposed to be delivered on the same day for a friend of mine has not reached her. TWO WEEKS LATER! DHL has not called her to tell her anything. RAM has not called her to tell her anything.

Which leads me to believe that what I was saying is true: People from certain areas are not important to these people. How could you not call someone; a customer that paid for her delivery; to tell her what's happening regarding her order.

I called DHL a week ago to report this matter and I'm sure my friend has been calling too but it's still not sorted and they still have not communicated with her.

They don't respect people from Khayelitsha. People from township areas. We are not important to them. Not even important enough to give a courtesy call.

Something needs to be done.
