Another failure!
Why do your staff not do their jobs? A courier driver doing collections doesn't bother to collect when he is in the area. I contacted numerous staff members to chase this up while he was still in the area and still it wasn't done, not to mention that the promises of a call back also never happened. Managers don't answer phones. You are one of the most expensive couriers, so I expect the service I paid for.
