Angry customer!!!@

I should say zero star or even minus zero star!!! I'm an unhappy customer who is being taken for a ride. I sent a parcel last year Christmas time up to now my parcel is sitting with them in their Harare offices. They trying to be***** me of money by asking ridiculous amounts of money from my family member who is the recipient. When I asked them to bill the amount to me here,I received emails from their broker stating that there's no extra payments to be made and the parcel has been released yet they still haven't delivered the parcel and keep demanding money from my family. I even begin to think someone stole or sold my stuff at those offices. I am very unhappy with DHL and I'll post them on every media platform until I get my parcel delivered and intact. It's such a shame for an international company that I put my trust in to deliver goods safe and fast!!!. Iam dissatisfied and angry!!!!
