********* and no morals for anyone's time!

I don't even know where to begin with the service that I have received from DHL and I the thing that infuriates me is the fact that they have no ethics.

I have been waiting for my parcel from France from 4th November 2023 and even after I did everything right I get the South African service which is the ************* and just don't care December fever. If people don't want to work. I would really have them give people that want to work the opportunity of employment.

To really cut a long story short. DHL said they would deliver and I was home all day waiting for them. I even reached out online to check what the issue is. I did that all day and at around 7:32PM I received a text advising me that my delivery was not completed because there was no one at home. I am boiling and even me writing this I am not okay because we leave in a society where people just lie without any consequences or concerns

I would like the people that send me a text dealt with and I need to know how they will be dealt with. This is utterly unacceptable and I am not okay with this.
