Allowed my package to be sent to Sukunda, and ****

After having the packages be late for 2 days I call DHL to ask what's happening and was promised that day. I then call at 4pm asking what's happened, they then fell me it was now changed to be delivered in Sukunda without asking me. They promise that evening it was not deliver just diverted. I then get a call in the morning and person confessed saying it was actually delivered to this address. Now after 5 hours they still have not collected it again or ensured that the package is safe!!!! Ridiculous. The device has been poor and no urgency was attached to my issue, that was their fault.
