All worked out!!

Postnet made a mistake on the address for documents going to Brazil, I contacted the DHL customer services, Thando Nsizwane a Customer Service Advisor put me in contact with a lady by the name Nombulelo Nqakwana, Nombulelo got in contact with me an absolute pleasure working with her, she gave me directions on what to do everything worked out and the documents were delivered 5 days earlier. I will most definitely work with DHL again!
