Alfred is a Star

I have, over the last week and a bit, had the most dreadful experiences with the South African Post Office and EMS, a so-called courier company.

I phoned Alfred to ask about DHL's policies and procedures. He was unbelievably helpful, kind and patient and went out of his way to give me information. He also listened to me ranting about those two other companies even though it is not his job to do so. He had empathy wheras they do not.

It is a pity DHL cannot take over a shipment from EMS, because Alfred made me feel very positive about DHL, and made me want to use them. He has kindly offered to get someone to phone me on Monday so I can open an account with DHL because I really do not want to go again through the hell I am still going through with the Post Office and EMS.
