Action Stations Please...

A "Courier" is distinguished from ordinary mail services by features such as speed and individualization of express services. Sadly this definition does not apply to DHL, especially when it comes to "speed" - the main reason why people are prepared to pay that much more for the service offered. On Friday, 24 Feb, a parcel we ""urgently"" needed arrived in RSA. The parcel contained clear plastic bags (think freezer like bags). The waybill number is ********** 053. The parcel was stopped by customs (maybe the bags are a huge security threat), all documentation has been submitted to DHL 'years ago' but still no delivery of the bags. As courier, DHL will interact and have lines of communication with various agencies e.g. customs, this is what gives the courier the edge with speed and service delivery beyond what the man in the street could expect to achieve by themself. So PLEASE can you urgently apply your ability to get our parcel released or otherwise let us know what the actual issue is, so that we can all move on with life again....
