A simple repair under warranty Shipped out on 26 November, (the collection guy simply dropped of form and would not wait for me to complete - he had an urgent appointment, only collected the package 6 hours later - from there on downhill - package only left SA on 2 December, delivered on 5 December at 11:30 Shipped back on 6 December at 15h00 Collected by me at DHL facility 20 Dec at 18h30 after i was advised that duties were still outstanding (payment of which was already made on 12 Dec and recorded as such) Non-existing service, abysmall conduct of personell. Advoid at all cost
