Abuse from DHL employee

I had a traumatic experience with one of the DHL drivers this evening just after 5 pm. I was picking up litter outside my pavement and suddenly a DHL van slowed down so I came closer to assist this man thinking perhaps he's lost and required directions to wherever he was going. This filthy man decided to take two bites from his apple with a smirk and then proceeded to throw it at me. We did exchange words to warrant his behaviour. With the rising GBV cases in this country, I would like to know from DHL what they are doing to educate people like him about GBV given the ever rising statistics of women being violated by violent men. And for people who are entrusted to deliver parcels to pepeople's most vulnerable spaces such as their homes. I felt humiliated, degraded , and extremely hurt. My fear is what's next, if this man is assigned to deliver parcels in my area, and potentially at my house - given that it is a stand-alone home what should be my next move as I am frightened.
