Absolutely useless
I am at my wits end. The parcel says it has been attempting delivery on the tracker but no one has contacted me!! I call the line and they put me through to DHL International - I have been on hold every day exceeding 45 minutes each time. It is painful. No one answers. I have paid for something I am not receiving. Then DHL express says its with the post office. They cant tell me which one! There are 100's in SA!!! I dont know what to do anymore. Really useless
