Absolutely terrible service
<p>A package that was suppose to have been delivered latest by tuesday is still with the courier. i have called in 3 times now to find out whats going on and change the delivery address to my work address. this 3rd time the agent say no the deliver address is still the orginal address which was not updates. DHL is really an unorganised logistics nightmare. It was exactly the same experience with a presvious package i was expecting maybe about a month agao as well. Really DHL get a better system and better empolyees who communicate internally much better, maybe even throw in free training.</p>

I have attempted to contact you however, you number goes to voice mail. As per our records your request to change the delivery address was received yesterday around 16:00 which was already after the cut off time, the information was sent through to my offices in Midrand and the address was amended as requested. The shipment was delivered this morning at 08:41 received by yourself. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
