Absolutely pathetic service at sky high fees

Absolutely pathetic service at sky high fees. I paid a small fortune to get a package sent because the so-called collection service made the process of sending the package seem easier. I paid for a box but when the person arrived to collect the items they refused to saying that the items had to be boxed. The site did not specify that items had to be boxed. Additionally there were issues around having more than one electronic device in one box -- again, nowhere was this stated when I booked online. When I queried this via email I received an email full of errors that didn't make much sense and was completely unprofessional. When I called for more assistance, the lady on the phone could have been a lot more polite and perhaps even apologetic as she is representing the company. Overall I will never use DHL again. I thought I was paying a huge fee so that I could get good service but it was an absolute joke.
