ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Hi too everyone world wide, if you are thinking about using DHL INTERNATIONAL courier as a service provider I strongly advise against it, the service I received I would have given them minus stars should it be possible!!!!one phones to trace a parcel and one gets told it got sent to the wrong address!( are u serious its confidential documents) and it happened to me not once but twice!!!! I truely cannot believe it!!! I have never in my life recieved such a terrible form of service! The service I have recieved is utterly and absolutely appalling!!once gets promised that a manager will get in contact which doesnt happen either !!! Absolutely fantastic and they meant to be the best !! They are anything but that!!! Soon if my parcels should not arrive , DHL will be responsible for my homelessness!!! My lack of income!!! And me being destitute all as a result of DHL INTERNATIONAL courier not following company procedures as well as lying to there clients continously!!!. This service is utterly appalling!!! I wouldn't even suggest this company to my pet dog because they will find a way to mess that up as well!! Thank u DHL INTERNATIONAL couriers for costing me my Christmas with my family and making me spend it alone!!!! This company is utterly pathetic!!

This level of service is absolutely disgusting and I will certainly not be referring anyone business your way , as well as will be extremely hesitate to ever use your services again!!
You guys as a company took 10 days to collect my passport from the British embassy, also absolutely disgusting, and where it should have taken 6 days from the day of approval it's taken 19 days!!!! 19days!!!!!AND IM STILL WAITING!!!!
