Absolute devastating customer service - NEVER EVER use again DHL
I have ordered a delivery via DHL Express. It arrived in Cape Town on October 27th 2017. 24+ days later still no package. On the phone with customer service on a daily basis, every time the response is: I will call you back within 1 hour. Not even ONCE received a call back. This happend at least 30-40 times.
Every time I call in, a different excuse is being given why the delivery didn't happened yet. Absolute *****s! (sorry for abuse language, but I just can't deal with thisanymore).

Please accept my humble apology for the way we have handled your shipment. I did receive your complaint and looking into it, I am personally investigating what transpired and will put measures into place to ensure that same does not happen again.
