A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER FROM PATHETIC SERVICE WITH DHL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very disgusted in their international service, we had a custom stop, but the agent who assisted me in my case was very slow, she did not speak proper english and could not understand what I was asking of her. she treated our case as not important. Every time i called in to get feedback an agent on the front line had given me a different answer to what the agent was telling me. Invoices with different amounts were sent and when I asked about it they said no it is a draft. My first time use of your services and it was very mediocre service to be honest. no other shipping company has provided service so low like this. i only hope you service your other customers well , shame. AWB*** I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SHIPMENT AFTER ALMOST 2 WHOLE MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY????????????????????????
