In the past month I have been twice to DHL (80 Peter Place, Sandton) and had privilege of being attended to by Ms Jabu Ngwenya. Arriving close to closure time, she held herself professionally, was friendly, made me feel like I was an important client, did not rush the transaction and followed procedures including compliancy and ensured that I understood what it entailed in sending my international parcels.
