A PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE

Having been shunted from pillar to post by various agents who clearly were unable or unwilling to actually assist with my query, I again for a fourth time yesterday attempted to reach someone senior at DHL only to come across yet another agent, one Peace Maluleke. Upon insisting to speak to a supervisor he asked (as had the others) if he could assist me and I reluctantly repeated the reference number, my cause of complaint etc. He was extremely patient with my irritability and was able to resolve the issue by taking the time and trouble to go the extra mile by putting something in place, that should have been done in the first instance and subsequently following up to ensure that everything was ok. What a pleasure dealing with someone who actually cares about and is dedicated to his job. Bravo Peace and thank you for your assistance. I hope DHL appreciates what they have in you as an employee.
