9 Weeks and no luck with Accounts Dept
<p>Have had really bad service with DHL in previous years and have not been keen to use them again, However I was offered a 50% discount for my next shipment with DHL. I decided to give them one last chance. It's been over 9 WEEKS and my so promised discount has still not surfaced. Vague emails rep**** to my query where nothing surfaces. Now I no longer even get the courtesey of a reply email. Honestly appauling service. DHL Dissapoints. I was not keen to use them again but after this I will never use them again.</p>

I tried calling the contact number supp**** without any success, please would you be so kind as to let me know when it would be convenient to contact you to discuss the complaint raised.
