They are theives , by far the worst shipping company , they incorrectly charged me tax , they charged for 4800 for a shipment I paid R5166,80 for , that’s almost 100% tax are they mad ?? That’s highly ******* , they refuse to help me I’ve been waiting since last week for them to correct it and they keep putting me onto another person, I paid for express shipping because I needed it asap as I’m going over seas soon that’s the whole reason I paid for express , and they keep saying wait but never resolve the problem I’m thinking of contacting carte Blanche as this is *******

24 Jun 2023, 15:55Oh and no to mention that I spoke to a lady who said it would be resolved this weekend , then the guy I spoke to after said it wouldn’t ? Calls are recorded she could loose her job
