4 - 6000 Weeks
<p>I recently ordered a package from B&H Photo to be shipped and delivered to me in South Africa. 5 Weeks later I'm still waitin for it. I know pakcgaes coming through customs can be delayed a bit, I don't mind that. The problem I have, that I discovered to my shock, is that the tracking number supp**** by DHL themselves gives them NO information about my package at all!! With nothing be done about it. Needless to say I will think twice about using DHL again. Shocking service.</p>

My apologies for the frustration that you had to go through due to the delay in getting this shipment delivered to you. As per the tracking number number provided here this shipment did not move via DHL Express but Deutsche Post which means your shipment was handed over to post office once it gets to South Africa.
