Please can you help me with whom you 3rd party is please, i have a parcel that must deliver and do not know whom to contact because it is quite urgent.

Please note that your shipment successfully cleared Customs and was handed over to our Third party for delivery tomorrow . The shipment has already been handed over to our third party for transit and cannot be retrieved as it is en route.
