3 months and still no shipment received

It is now 3 months since my last review of DHL and my problem is still not solved. In fact they are not even answering my emails. I have complained to the the country manager on their web site yet again. I will repeat my complaint to "the top" here and see if it helps. Hi Jed You need to do some serious butt kicking there. In 3 months we are still no closer to receiving our shipment and Avery who was emailing me seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Pleeeeese can I at least have some response from you or your staff.
